Ross Malinski began his career after college in the early 1990's where he earned extensive experience in sales and marketing.  In 1994, he was promoted to Sales Manager overseeing a sales team responsible for attaining high revenue quotas in a fast-paced corporate environment.

In 1997 he made the decision to pursue a career in Real Estate, and obtained his brokerage license in 1998.  Since then, he's been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions and has more than 11 years of real estate brokerage experience.

In addition, Mr. Malinski has been involved in real estate investments for over 10 years, and has 13 years experience in the real estate development arena.

Mr. Malinski has been the Business Owner and Project Manager for Guardian Real Estate Services for more than 10 years, creating plans, budgets and revenue in all aspects of real estate.
