Project Overview
Pointe Plaza, the commercial district of another Guardian project, The Pointe, is currently under construction. A combination of office space, multi-family housing, and possible retail space will eventually be built, broadening the scope of offerings and amenities to The Pointe and greater Cheyenne community.
The vision for Cheyenne’s new Northern Plaza is to create additional places to live with convenient neighborhood services such as entertainment and educational opportunities for families, destination restaurants, salons, coffee shops and local business. Thus far, a gymnastics center and a dance studio have been built and are open for business.
