Ross Malinski began his career after college in the early 1990’s, where he earned extensive experience in sales and marketing. In 1994 he was promoted to Sales Manager overseeing a sales team responsible for attaining high revenue quotas in a fast-paced corporate environment.

In 1997 Ross began his career in land development, and attained his real estate brokerage license 2001. Since that time, he has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions and new construction projects.

In his current role as President of Guardian Companies, he has developed and currently manages a multi-million dollar portfolio in property assets. Along with successful residential and commercial projects in Iowa and Minnesota, he is one of the largest new construction developers in Cheyenne, WY, creating the most sought-after single family, multi-family, and commercial communities in the state of Wyoming.

In addition to real estate, Ross is involved in Piattelli Vineyards, a family-owned wine business offering Argentinian estate wines from the Salta and Mendoza regions. Ross and his family continue to cultivate their vision of Piattelli by creating quality wines at exceptional value to locations around the world.
