Guardian Companies Begins Development on Thomas Heights

North Cheyenne lots available this fall


CHEYENNE – July 7, 2015 – Guardian Companies has begun development on its newest north Cheyenne community, Thomas Heights.

Located on Thomas Road between Ridge Road and College Drive, Cheyenne’s newest neighborhood will feature 193 single-family home sites. Lot reservations for the first phase are now available. Finished homes will be available for move-in early 2016.

Featuring all the benefits of Cheyenne city services, while retaining a focus on value and the feeling of county living, these homes will start in the $290k’s. This prominent north Cheyenne neighborhood will feature city utilities and two community parks with open spaces for families to gather and kids to play. All home sites will feature CenturyLink advanced fiber Internet. Site improvements will continue through the summer with the first phase completion near the end of October 2015.

The company’s principal project has been The Pointe in north Cheyenne, a planned community of nearly 1,000 residential and commercial properties.
